Hi there, I’m Maria. Based in the Detroit area, I design library user experiences that encourage interaction, discovery and scholarship. My interests include inclusive design, digital preservation and information literacy.
With 5+ years in academic libraries, I’m familiar with the challenges often faced in higher ed web design, whether it’s unpacking legacy code or working with limited resources. I enjoy searching for manageable, creative solutions that translate into better experiences for our users.
